Voix de Soi - Voice of Self

Support, Prevent, Make Change

Voix de Soi uses music, movement, drama, and visual art to support physical and mental wellbeing - drawing on research in psychology, neuroscience, and health sciences.

Creative engagement has been shown to reduce stress, boost mood, improve memory and cognitive function, support motor coordination, and strengthen social connection.

In sessions, participants are invited into a welcoming, evidence-informed space where they can safely express themselves, build confidence, and experience real, tangible benefits to their emotional, cognitive, and physical health - all through the power of the arts.

Why join our community?

Discover how the creative arts can transform wellbeing. Through a thoughtfully designed blend of music, movement, drama and visual art, this practice offers a powerful and engaging way to build confidence, improve self-image and restore a sense of connection. These approaches are proven to support individuals who have, or experience: stress, grief, neurodivergency, dementia, Parkinson’s, PTSD, anxiety, depression and social isolation* - helping people feel seen, supported and uplifted.

In this space, every person is invited to express themselves freely and safely. When we work with the arts, change and support become natural, empowering and deeply rewarding. Let the arts remind you of your strength, your creativity and the possibility of feeling more like you again.
