In 1:1 sessions, the focus is entirely on your needs, using music, movement, drama and visual art to support your health and wellbeing.
These sessions provide a private space to explore emotions, build confidence, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental wellbeing. Working one-to-one allows the sessions to be tailored specifically to you, helping you reconnect with yourself, express your feelings, and experience the restorative benefits of the creative process at your own pace.

Educational talks on Arts for Health is vital, as this approach is often misunderstood or underestimated.
These talks help demystify how music, movement, drama and visual arts can actively support emotional, mental and physical health, providing evidence and real-world examples of their impact.
By raising awareness, we can encourage schools, organisations, care providers and individuals to embrace creative approaches, break down misconceptions, and understand how the arts can be a practical, accessible tool for health and wellbeing.
They also inspire confidence in applying these methods safely and effectively and encourage people to access Arts for Health provision as a preventative and/or support method for Physical and Mental Health concerns.
