MIND, BODY AND BUMP

Welcome to a calm and nurturing space for expectant mothers to gently move, connect with their unborn baby and build strength during pregnancy.

Tune in to both your body and mind through guided facilitation and professional guidance, enabling security and ease. These sessions offer moments of mindfulness, strengthening sessions through antenatal pilates, and musical moments to ease stress and deepen connection with your baby, and the chance to meet other mums-to-be in a welcoming community.

Weekly Split:

Week 1+4. MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS

A supportive movement and mindfulness session for antenatal women, supporting comfort, relaxation and connection with your baby. Through pregnancy-safe movement, mindful breathing and rest, the session helps ease tension, improve mobility and reduce stress, leaving you feeling calmer, more comfortable and supported in your body.

Week 2+5 MUSIC AND CONNECTION

A gentle music and connection session for antenatal women, supporting relaxation, emotional wellbeing and bonding with your baby. Through simple singing and soothing music, the session helps reduce stress, deepen connection with your baby, and encourage calm, steady breathing. Time is given to rest, reset and restore, leaving you feeling supported, uplifted and more confident in your changing body and growing bond.

Week 3+6. PILATES AND STRENGTH

A supportive antenatal Pilates session focused on building strength, stability and confidence during pregnancy. Using gentle, pregnancy-safe exercises, the session helps improve posture, core and pelvic floor strength, ease common aches and support your changing body. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more comfortable and better prepared for birth and recovery.
